Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Recent direct experience in Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
- Broad knowledge of arrhythmia recognition and management
- Proficiency with EP lab equipment and safety protocols
- ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist EP physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Monitor patients before, during, and after EP studies
- Administer necessary medications and intravenous infusions
- Support all aspects of patient care, including education and emotional support
- Accurately document assessments and treatments in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
