Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license (Ohio or compact state)
- Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience in Electrophysiology
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing EP studies and procedures
- Assist physicians with diagnostics, ablations, device implants, and other interventions
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ensuring patient safety throughout procedures
- Educate patients and families about procedures, care plans, and recovery
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with precision and accuracy
