In this dynamic travel role, you will be on the leading edge of acute care nephrology. As a Registered Nurse specializing in dialysis, your skills will be vital to delivering compassionate, life-sustaining therapies for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions across ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. Exposure to a high-acuity patient mix fosters rapid professional development and provides valuable insight into multifaceted workplace practices as well as innovative leadership styles.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
- Closely monitor patient response, adjust treatments, and ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital teams to coordinate care
- Support, train, and oversee Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
- Adapt to a fast-paced, team-driven environment with shifting priorities
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 1 year of acute care dialysis nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification (required), ACLS a plus
- Proficiency in all dialysis modalities and acute care clinical standards
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills
