Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license (state of assignment or compact)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate effectively with surgical teams

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists with all aspects of cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Manage patient care before, during, and after operations in the CVOR
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and monitor for patient safety throughout procedures
• Document patient condition, interventions, and outcomes according to facility and regulatory standards
• Support a multidisciplinary team by fostering a culture of collaboration and continual improvement

$2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
