This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with Cardiac Operating Room (CVOR) experience to further expand their expertise. Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile techniques
• Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and surgical tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care during all phases of cardiac surgery within the operating room
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the CVOR team
• Monitor, assess, and respond effectively to patient needs intraoperatively
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols
• Accurately document all perioperative nursing actions and patient responses
