Schedule:
- 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Proven CVOR nursing experience required
- Comprehensive understanding of cardiac and vascular surgical procedures
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated ability to stay composed in critical or high-pressure scenarios
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, surgical technologists, anesthesiologists, and other team members
- Adhere to aseptic technique, safety protocols, and hospital policies
- Monitor patient status and document interventions accurately
- Support and educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and post-operative care
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
