As a CVOR RN in Sacramento, you will expand your clinical expertise within a dedicated cardiovascular surgical team. Qualifications:
- Active California RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong ability to adapt to new environments and protocols
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures in the operating room
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status throughout surgical processes
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control standards
- Support patient and family needs with empathy and professionalism
