Schedule & Hours

• 10-hour day shifts (6:30 AM 5:00 PM)
• Rotational call coverage, including the possibility of one weekend day (Sat. or Sun.) call every week (24-hour call when on a weekend)

Qualifications

• Valid RN license with the ability to work in Illinois
• Minimum of three years of recent, verifiable CVOR experience
• Strong background in robotic CVOR procedures
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Willingness to take call assignments as scheduled
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from Rockford

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub in complex cardiovascular surgical procedures, including those involving advanced robotic systems
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary heart team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to evidence-based practices and facility protocols
• Remain flexible for rotating call and weekend coverage
