Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license (NY or compact)
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience
• Proficiency circulating and scrubbing in cardiac surgical procedures
• Strong knowledge of current surgical techniques and instrumentation
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an integral member of the cardiovascular surgery team
• Circulate and/or scrub during complex open-heart and vascular procedures
• Ensure all instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterile and prepared
• Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nurses during cases
• Provide vigilant, compassionate care to patients throughout the perioperative process
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly and accurately

$2,464 - $2,696/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
