- Travel assignment with flexible scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled perioperative care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) and general Operating Room (OR)
- Scrub and circulate for complex cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, surgical techs, and ancillary staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes
- Implement evidence-based practices to reduce risks and support recovery
- Meticulously document surgical interventions, patient assessments, and post-op care
- Adapt quickly to new protocols and dynamic clinical teams
Qualifications:
- Current, valid RN license
- Prior experience in CVOR and general OR settings required
- BLS and ACLS Certifications (current)
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
