Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour day shifts
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week assignment
- On call: 1 weekend per month, plus 12 weekdays per week
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR nursing experience
- Current BLS certification through AHA
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and assist during cardiovascular operating room procedures
- Monitor patient status throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and sterile techniques
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary staff
- Document interventions and outcomes accurately in patient records
- Participate in call rotation as required
