Assignment Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour day shifts
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- On-Call: 1 weekend of call per month, plus 12 days of call during the week
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR nursing experience
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification (AHA required)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and provide direct patient care during cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
