Schedule:
- 12-hour day shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Assignment length: 13 weeks
- 1 weekend of call per month
- 12 additional days of call each week
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- At least 1 year of recent CVOR experience
- Active BLS certification (AHA)
- Strong assessment, communication, and technical skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity surgical settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure safe, efficient procedures
- Monitor patient status and deliver critical interventions as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
- Respond to call requirements as scheduled, demonstrating reliability and adaptability
