Schedule:
- 6:00AM 4:30PM
Key Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR nursing experience
- Strong familiarity with advanced cardiac surgical procedures
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced operating room settings
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver scrupulous perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing complex cardiovascular surgeries
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and surgical teams to anticipate procedural needs and provide timely assistance
- Monitor patient condition during surgical procedures, responding rapidly to emergent changes
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of sterile environments and surgical instruments
- Accurately document patient information, medication administration, and intraoperative assessments
- Uphold facility compliance with safety and ethical standards at all times
