Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven proficiency with CVOR procedures and technology
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrub and circulate in complex cardiovascular surgeries
- Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively with diligence and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
- Ensure compliance with all protocols and maintain a sterile environment
- Accurately document patient care and communicate updates to the care team
