Qualifications:

  • Current and unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Proven proficiency with CVOR procedures and technology
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrub and circulate in complex cardiovascular surgeries
  • Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively with diligence and accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
  • Ensure compliance with all protocols and maintain a sterile environment
  • Accurately document patient care and communicate updates to the care team
