Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour Day Shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Assignment duration: 13 weeks
- Call requirement: 1 weekend of call a month plus 1-2 days of call during the week
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- A minimum of 1 year of recent CVOR nursing experience
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Adaptability and a collaborative spirit
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub in cardiovascular operating room procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to sterile technique and patient safety protocols
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
- Monitor intraoperative patient status and respond to emergent situations
- Maintain accurate and timely surgical documentation
