What youll need:

  • Active RN license in the state of Florida or compact state eligibility
  • Minimum of two years recent CVOR nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Familiarity with cardiovascular operating room protocols and surgical safety standards
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced settings
  • Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, assess, and monitor patients before, during, and after cardiovascular surgeries
  • Assist surgical teams with specialized instruments and procedures in the OR
  • Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control guidelines
  • Provide detailed patient status updates and support in emergent situations
  • Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient responses

$1,693 - $1,790/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
