Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Recent, hands-on CVOR (Open Heart) and vascular surgery experience required
- RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) certification highly desirable
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub in cardiovascular and vascular operating room procedures
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care
- Support patient safety initiatives and quality improvement processes
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
