Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week, with a set day off
- On-call defined by department needstypically 2-3 weekdays per week, plus rotating weekends and holidays
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least 2 years of direct CVOR experience
- Proficiency with EPIC or similar EMR systems
- Previous travel assignment experience preferred
- Willingness to float within skill set, including satellite locations within a 40-mile radius
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and specialized nursing care in the CVOR environment
- Assist cardiovascular surgeons during advanced operative procedures
- Anticipate instrument and supply needs with a strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Flexibly adapt to different units as needed, supporting overall patient care initiatives
