Desired Skills & Experience:
- Current RN license with strong CVOR (Open Heart) and vascular clinical experience
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
- RNFA certification highly desirable, but not required
- Exceptional teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub for cardiovascular and vascular cases, supporting surgical teams
- Prioritize patient safety and quality standards throughout perioperative processes
- Document and communicate patient status, directly collaborating across disciplines
- Uphold facility protocols, demonstrating sound judgement in emergent situations
