Schedule/Hours:
- 4x10 hour shifts with a set day off per week
- Call required: 2-3 days per week (day), rotating weekends and holidays
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
- Circulate and scrub CVOR cases as required
- Respond to department needs, including floating onsite within your skill set or to sites within 40 miles
- Accurately document using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Uphold safety and infection control best practices
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Minimum 2 years recent CVOR nursing experience
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Adaptable and willing to float within scope as needed
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
