Schedule/Hours:
- Variable hours, with call required
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Strong experience in CVOR settings
- Proficiency in both heart and lung transplant procedures required
- Scrubbing ability preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to take call as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide scrubbing and circulating support for cardiac surgeries, including heart and lung transplants
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and the multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile field and operative protocols
- Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies
- Ensure thorough post-op care instructions and documentation
