Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and unencumbered RN licensure, eligible for Montana
- At least 2 years of recent experience in CVOR nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-acuity surgical environments
- Strong knowledge of CVOR instruments, procedures, and sterile technique
Responsibilities:
- Provide perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively, anticipating needs
- Ensure aseptic environment and proper handling of surgical equipment
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety protocols
