Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, rotating shifts to provide optimal work-life balance

Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Expertise in cardiac surgery procedures, sterile technique, and perioperative nursing
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic operating room environments
Responsibilities:
- Scrub and circulate during cardiac and vascular surgeries
- Collaborate with surgeons, scrub techs, anesthesiologists, and surgical assistants
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile field protocols
- Monitor and record patient vitals throughout procedures
- Ensure supplies and equipment are prepared and functioning
- Provide patient-centered care across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
