Make a direct impact in the Operating Room as a highly skilled RN with a focus on cardiovascular and complex surgical specialties. In this contract role, you will deliver excellence as a core team member within a dynamic, fast-paced unit featuring 14 surgical suitesincluding two dedicated CVORssupported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift starts at 6:30 AM
• Huddle at 6:45 AM daily
• Self-scheduled on-call shifts 12 times per week (covering evenings, nights, and weekends as needed)
• Weekends managed via 24-hour on-call rotation

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with active BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of OR circulating experience in an acute care hospital
• Broad surgical background including General Surgery, ENT, Urology/Gynecology, Orthopedics, and Robotics
• Recent CVOR experience required
• Preferred: CNOR certification, and more than 5 years OR experience
• Flexible, unflappable, and able to adapt in rapidly changing environments

Responsibilities:

• Circulate in a variety of high-acuity surgical cases: robotics, vascular, gynecological, colorectal, urology, and general surgery
• Maintain strict patient safety protocols in a 1:1 patient-to-nurse environment
• Respond efficiently as part of the on-call team, ensuring seamless care during peak and off-hours
• Collaborate with OR staff, anesthesia, and surgical teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize Meditech ORM EMR for documentation
• Comply with all unit dress codes and infection prevention standards (artificial nails not allowed)

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
