Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Recent experience in cardiovascular OR
- Strong surgical circulating or scrubbing background
- Ability to address the diverse needs of patients and families
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Capacity for leadership, mentorship, and self-directed improvement
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement the nursing process for patients of varying ages and backgrounds
- Deliver care in complex, urgent, and emergent situations

- Take initiative as a circulator or surgical tech as needed
