  • Weekday, weekend, and holiday call required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive, age-appropriate care that meets the physical, psychological, and educational needs of cardiovascular surgical patients and their families
  • Coordinate and direct activities in the surgical suite, especially during urgent and emergent situations
  • Serve as a role model and team leader, guiding and supporting colleagues in patient care and organizational processes
  • Participate in and coordinate staff development and ongoing self-education
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed

  • Active RN license and current certification in nursing specialty
