Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment, flexible scheduling typical in perioperative settings
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, valid for South Carolina or multi-state compact
- At least 1 year of recent CVOR RN experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong decision-making and communication abilities
- Comfortable in high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrub and circulate in cardiovascular operating room cases
- Monitor and assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to all safety protocols
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families throughout the surgical process
