Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to cardiovascular surgical patients
- Scrub and circulate within the CVOR, assisting with pre-, intra-, and post-operative care
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure patient safety
- Document procedures and patient progress according to best practices
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Recent CVOR experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to best practices and continuous improvement
