Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license (state-specific or compact).
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a CVOR Nurse.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Proven proficiency in circulating and scrubbing for cardiovascular procedures.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous travel experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams during cardiovascular operations.
• Manage all aspects of perioperative nursing care for CVOR patients.
• Scrub and/or circulate during procedures according to assignment.
• Ensure strict compliance with aseptic techniques and hospital protocols.
• Prepare and maintain the CVOR environment, including equipment and instrumentation.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout each procedure.
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery.

$2,464 - $2,696/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
