This role in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) is ideal for experienced Registered Nurses seeking professional growth through exposure to different surgical teams, advanced technologies, and diverse leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR circulating and scrubbing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and organization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care for cardiovascular surgical patients
- Manage preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative workflows
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment in the CVOR
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
- Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety protocols
- Document all procedures and communicate status updates to families and healthcare teams
