Schedule / Hours:
- 12-hour day shifts
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week assignment
- On call: 1 weekend per month plus 12 days during the week
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license with a minimum of 1 year recent CVOR experience
- BLS-AHA certification required
- Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt to new teams and fast-paced settings
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality perioperative care to cardiovascular surgical patients
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields within the CVOR
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary staff
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies
- Uphold all safety and compliance protocols
