Qualifications:
- Active California RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR RN experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in high-acuity environments
- Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced surgical settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the cardiovascular surgical team to ensure optimal patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Scrub and circulate on complex open-heart and vascular surgical cases
- Demonstrate proficiency in perioperative nursing standards and best practices
- Maintain meticulous documentation and follow patient safety protocols
- Support patient and family education throughout the surgical experience
