Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Set day off for a predictable routine
- On-call requirement: 2-3 weekdays each week
- Rotating weekends and holiday coverage
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of recent CVOR RN experience
- Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Records
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Flexibility to float on-site within your skill set, or to nearby locations within a 40-mile radius as needed
- Current RN license in good standing
- Strong communication and adaptability in fast-paced surgical settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality perioperative care to CVOR patients
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary surgical teams
- Respond to urgent situations, including on-call coverage
- Document accurately in EPIC EMR and uphold compliance standards
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being throughout surgical procedures
