Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel assignment (specific schedule provided during interview process)
Key Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
- Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new clinical settings and protocols
- Experience with CVOR technology and monitoring preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures and interventions
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgeries
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques
- Provide patient and family education on post-operative care
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other care professionals
- Document appropriately in the patients electronic health record
