Qualifications:
- Active RN license (state or compact)
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in a CVOR setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficient in scrub and circulating roles for cardiovascular surgeries
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfort with adapting to new technology and workflows
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care throughout CVOR procedures
- Monitor patients conditions and maintain accurate records
- Work in tandem with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
- Ensure a sterile environment and adherence to protocols
- Educate patients and families on perioperative processes
