Position Overview: Step into an essential role as a skilled RN specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) cases with a focus on the Heart Team. This travel nursing opportunity highlights professional growth, adaptability, and meaningful connection to both patients and colleagues, enriching your experience with each shift.

Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour day shifts: 6:30am5:00pm
• Rotational call coverage: Typically one call per week, including occasional 24-hour call on a Saturday or Sunday (never both in the same weekend)

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 3 years verifiable CVOR experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with robotic-assisted procedures
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Genuine adaptability, able to thrive in dynamic, high-stakes environments
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles outside the local area

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized patient care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with the surgical heart team and other specialists
• Ensure compliance with best practices and safety protocols
• Participate in on-call rotations, maintaining readiness to support urgent cardiovascular cases
