Step into a vital nursing role in a dynamic cardiovascular operating room environment. This contract opportunity calls for a skilled Registered Nurse with CVOR experience to provide outstanding patient care on night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week (19:00 07:00). The position involves weekend rotations, variable call (typically one weekday per week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks), and potential intra-facility floating within your scope of practice.
Schedule/Hours
- Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 07:00)

Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR experience
- First-time travelers accepted
- Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills
- Full compliance with onboarding requirements by start date
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the cardiovascular operating room, ensuring safe and effective clinical practices
- Coordinate with surgical and multidisciplinary teams during procedures
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status and emergent situations
- Float to other units within scope of practice as necessary
- Participate in on-call and weekend rotations per department requirements
- Comply with facility standards and regulatory guidelines
Additional Details
- Maximum 7 requested days off (RTO) allowed
- Commitment to work holidays per assignment terms (one or more depending on length and overlap with major holidays)
- Locals are welcome; compliance is essential for a timely start
