Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical environments
• Previous experience with adult cardiovascular surgical procedures preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of cardiovascular operating room nursing, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide compassionate care and patient advocacy throughout the surgical experience

$2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
