Schedule/Hours

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Active RN license (compact or Colorado state)
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in CVOR
- Proficient with cardiovascular surgical procedures and perioperative nursing protocols
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Scrub and circulating experience preferred
- Strong communication and adaptability in high-acuity surgical settings
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR personnel to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient status and interventions in real-time
- Anticipate and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and safety standards
