Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a CVOR setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub on advanced CVOR surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor, assess, and document patients status before, during, and after procedures
• Adhere to strict safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Provide compassionate patient advocacy throughout the surgical process
