Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum one year recent CVICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and exercise independent clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated care for assigned patients based on established nursing standards and protocols
- Oversee, direct, and support the nursing staff within the CVICU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive patient care
- Rely on critical thinking and discretion to solve complex clinical scenarios
