Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment (specific hours determined by facility needs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated, high-acuity nursing care for CVICU patients or assigned groups in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct nursing staff at varying experience levels, utilizing critical thinking and sound professional judgement
• Promote seamless patient care by collaborating with other disciplines and communicating effectively with the healthcare team
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and comply with regulatory and safety standards
• Utilize independent judgment and supervisory discretion to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current and valid RN license
• Demonstrated CVICU experience required
• Strong ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to provide direct supervision to assigned staff
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications preferred)
