Qualifications:
- Current RN license, in good standing
- Proven clinical experience in CVICU or a comparable critical care setting
- Strong knowledge of advanced cardiac interventions and monitoring
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising nursing teams
- Exceptional communication and clinical assessment skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, evidence-based nursing care to cardiovascular ICU patients
- Oversee and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with best practices and patient safety standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans, adapting to rapidly changing patient conditions
- Serve as a conduit between patients, families, and multidisciplinary medical teams for optimal care coordination
- Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking in emergent and routine clinical situations
- Document interventions and patient responses according to established policies
