As an RN specializing in Cardiovascular Intensive Care (CVICU), you will be essential in delivering coordinated, high-level care to critically ill cardiac patients. Your responsibilities will involve not only direct patient care using the latest in evidence-based practices, but also supervising nursing staff, collaborating across interdisciplinary teams, and making vital decisions under pressure. Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- At least 1-2 years of recent CVICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills
- Experience supervising nursing staff preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities
