Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment; varying shifts typical to high-acuity CVICU settings

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in California
  • Minimum of 2 years' recent CVICU experience
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Proven critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
  • Experience supervising nursing staff preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate care for critically ill cardiovascular patients
  • Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Document all care accurately and efficiently
