Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract position (specific scheduling provided during interview process).
Required Qualifications:
- Active CA RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient status
- Support families and educate them regarding patient needs and recovery process
