Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent CVICU or ICU experience required
- BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with advanced CVICU technologies and interventions
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill cardiac patients
- Manage complex monitoring equipment and cardiac drips
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for effective care planning
