Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin (or compact eligible)
• Minimum of two years recent CVICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care for critically ill cardiac patients in a CVICU setting
• Monitor cardiac and vital signs, interpret data, and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement patient-centered care plans
• Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and document care accurately
