Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with eligibility to practice in Illinois
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a CVICU setting
• BLS and ACLS certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage care for critically ill cardiac patients
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and interpret hemodynamic data
• Operate specialized equipment (ECMO, balloon pumps, etc.)

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
