Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license valid in VA or compact states
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a CVICU setting
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Familiarity with advanced cardiac life support, ventilator management, and post-operative care of cardiac patients
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic data
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Administer medications, perform interventions, and respond to emergent conditions
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic records system
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery processes
